- The staff! We were traveling from NY to florida and wanted to stay somewhere for only a couple hours as it was snowing bad and this particular employee went out of his way to help us book soemtmething (it was like 2am and were exhauseted from the drive!
- The night front desk guy was super nice and helpful.
Cons -
- N/a
- It was freezing cold in my room. Even the floor was cold and the sheet felt stiff and not soft.
- The room had issues. Dispensers did not work, tub had ankle deep water when showering and the internal toilet latch ended up breaking so we had to reach into the water each time we flushed on our last day.
