Bed bug residue. Previous guest?s items found in room. Lamp held together with duct tape. Stained and broken lamp shades. Not well cleaned. I kept all of my belongings in the sink- yes. It was that bad. Breakfast was dissapointing.

Just the location everything else it was bad the bed it so old I wasn't able to sleep well

Nothing im disappointed with the hotel and the customer service. I will never recoment this hotel

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and within our budget. The staff is friendly.

Location and friendliness of other people staying at the hotel. Staff was excellent.

I really hate to complain, but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and need replacing. Other than that we had a great stay and will definitely revisit.

Everything was perfect

It is a beautiful location, not crowded. Not enough room for the bad so added here. Breakfast had flies and was not as good as advertised and crowded. Pool was awesome but off duty staff was there being obnoxious and loud. I expect hotel to make excuses

Poorly designed ramp at entrance that I fell on and seriously injured my ankle. It should have handrails or be more gradual on the sides like most sidewalks in public places. Other guests agreed. Stairs are the only way to upstairs floor. Bad service.

Close to the beach.

It¿s really a motel, outdated, sheets had stains on them. Will not be back.

The location was great, close to the beach and boardwalk. I liked the seating and ashtrays outside of each room.

The breakfast provided was not good and some offerings, chicken nuggets and asian dumplings, were a little bizarre. The staff person who assisted us with check in was not helpful at all when my husband arrived with a full bladder and no bathroom in sight

The room was dirty and smelled like cats lived there. Bathroom floor was filthy and the bathtub was dirty, not even wiped down. Floor in room not vacuumed, dirty and sticky. Room smelled terrible.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. The owners were very nice and hands-on making sure everything was in top shape. The rooms were nicely done and clean. It was great that we had both a microwave and a fridge in each room.

We stayed one night, the room was excellent value, comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed a walk along the Potomac with fabulous views over to Maryland. The staff member on reception was friendly, helpful and professional.

Refrigerator was a little noisy.

The breakfast sucked they put the food up before you got a chance to eat. We had to go out and eat

The beds was hard as a rock needs to be updated the whole room needs to be replaced

Closeness to the beach, carnival, and beach shops/restaurants. Room was very clean.

Musty smell in room, WARM Refrigerator--never reached anything close to cold in either room we were in.Soda/water machine at end of building did not work--could not get bottled water, etc. VERY hot in restaurant office/check-in space. Obviously the AC wasn't working--bad for people working there but also guests coming in for various reasons.

River Edge Inn accommodated our late arrival. Beautiful location and friendly staff, too.

Bathroom floor was "beachy," but getting old.
