Very friendly staff.

bed was uncomfortable and had some trouble with the noise from the heat/ac unit.

It's the only Hotel I will stay at in Martinsville.

The rates have become too much for me to afford so I will have to find other accommodations moving forward which is a shame because I prefer to stay here.

The profesional and friendliness of the receptionist made the experience an enjoyable one, I also must commend the breakfast cook for having such a clean, tasty and well presented breakfast bar.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Very polite staff and clean well appointed room. I arrived very late and was greeted as if I was right on time.

For a Hampton Inn sad that there was no Indoor Pool.

It was a small, basic room with no bells and whistles.

The least atmosphere of any hotel I have stayed in. No personality or added touches. I brought my own coffee and cream. The coffee pot was listed as being in the room, it was not, instead a horrible little thing that only took tea bag type coffee.

Icemaker on 2nd floor was not working on a 100 degree weekend. My door screamed each time it opened and I had to go to WalMart to get WD-40...Back door, near the pool, never closed completely & needs attention.

Front desk was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Check in was quick & easy. The bathroom was huge! Sheets were fresh. Bed was comfortable.

The shower had no tub or border so the floor got soaked whenever you took a shower. Got wet far beyond the curtain... Had to use slot of towels to step on.

How clean and efficient this hotel was

Good location for us traveling to a race, breakfast was goods summer time we hang out at the outdoor pool. That’s a plus

Always Hamptons are over priced

Rather pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for, I will stay at Hiltons from now on, just less staying do to what I can afford

It was in a good area . And the whole hotel was very clean. I also loved their breakfast.
