As we checked in we were told we could not stay because we were “locals”. We traveled 1 hr 45 mins for a tournament stay. It took about 20 mins of arguing back and forth and since the manager did not answer the phone the front desk lady “let” us stay. It was ridiculous and something we had never heard of. I requested to see that in policy and nothing could be shown.
