- Location, size of the room, nice breakfast (for registered members).
- Location was convenient.
- Location is great, very close to food, the mall, theaters. The breakfast was good. Rooms & beds are clean.
Cons -
- Can hear dog barking from the room next to us.
- No staff at the front desk after midnight. A coupon was given to a nearby pool facility. A coupon was given for breakfast, and yet a charge was made for the breakfast which was corrected during checkout.
- Really short staffed, no one cleaned the room or exchanged the towels. At the self-serve breakfast, someone was acting like we're supposed to tip her... even though we are getting our own food & refilling our own coffee. What exactly am I tipping for?
