Great location!
Location. Price.
The owner was fantastic - just a delight to chat with...and so was the lady who managed breakfast. We enjoyed the walk on the pier.

Cons -

Terrible mold and mildew in air conditioning and bathroom. Trash on ground outside. Lots of flies. Very disappointed
I was very disappointed that I had a kitchenette and no dishes or pots and pans to use. I was double charged and even charged before I checked in. Thankfully, my bank was able to clear everything out.
No hair dryer. Broken ice machine. Otherwise all good!

Great location!

It was a new acquisition so upgrades/renovations are still underway. It was very functional and will be even better soon.
