That was a mouse in my bathtub when I was about to go take a shower I noticed it so they moved us to another room but that doesn't change the fact that there was a mouse in the room.
Couldn't understand owners when they would talk. The tub was backed up and gross. I was in shower 2 minutes when stuff started floating in it. I quickly got out and Lysoled my feet. It was disgusting.
The staff is horrible. Good luck in getting a return call or their answering phone when you need assistance. Difficult to understand. Mattresses are broken, sheets not clean nor bathrooms. Not worth paying money to sleep here even if you are desperate!

long hair in bed. Cig. hole in comforter in nonsmoking rm. heat/ac unit was old, the blower/fan rattled/rubbed making noise. minifridge louder than heater. Hair in tub&sink. Dirty washcloth on shower rod. Towel rack loose/hanging. TP holder 2/3 missing.
Right off the interstate
Room was dirty. Cigarette ashes in bathroom. Only a partial roll of toilet paper. No shampoo.

Smelled like mold and urine. Turned on cold water and hot water came out. Ice machine didn't work. Truly a horrible hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself, while very old, is in a perfect location.
My toilet was not seated well so made a loud noise each time I took a seat. I imagine other guests could hear as it was quite loud. One of the two chairs in the room had a broken leg. The mattress was uncomfortable even for a 1 star rated hotel.

There was/is NOTHING TO LIKE about this place.
After traveling 7 hrs we were greeted at the desk by "we no have hot water ". WTF?"You can stay but we don't know when or if we'll have hot water or we can cancel and you get money back.......now fighting with booking.com to get or money back.Place is a DUMP!

The room was clean.
Well there was no hot water, hotel wide. The traffic noise is very noticeable. If you are a light sleeper you would not be happy. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down.
