- Front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and rude except a older Caucasian gentleman did his job and offered the only friendly smile.

- Cockroaches and bed bugs!!!
- Romm on 2nd floor no elevator Smoking rooms on 2nd floor and I and partner were handicapper Bed uncomfortable, Pillows 1" thick room no serviced during three day stay
