the digital check-in/check-out experience is terrible. There is no staff on-site to provide service. There was no caffeinated coffee in room nor any conditioner
Terrible check in experience. Rude receptionist. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa -despite the fact that we told the hotel that there would be 4 people and paying for the "presidential suite"
Beds aren't comfortable, you can hear noise through the floors, and in my last stay, the retractable shade wouldn't close and then fell out of the window and onto the floor.
