- Friendly reception and the cleanness of the room. The location is convenient for food and downtown access.
- Rooms are extremely clean, plenty of space. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of parking.
- Great place to stay. Clean, quite and easy parking and close to downtown. Outstanding staff. Very nice person at check in. I will stay here the next time I'm in town.
Cons -
- It is an old motel. The owners are making attempts to renovate but it lacks what most would expect for a motel in the US.

- Floors needed mopping in the tiled areas.
