Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom smelled like mold and the bathtub drain was clogged. The breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had at a hotel.

desk clerk was weird about us checking in 15 minutes before the allowed check-in time. If it was a big deal he should have told us we had to wait. Instead he said he'd "try" to find us a room, as if it was going to be a big deal. Awkward...

Chose the room for the kitchen - dirty dishes and dishwasher, no dish soap or dishwasher detergent anywhere in the hotel, needed to use additional blanket, but when unfolded it had visible brown residue of some kind, strangerstriedrepeatedlytoopendoor@3am

Staff were welcoming, professional, and caring about our stay. Great location. Hot breakfast had everything we wanted. We stayed in a large room that included a seating area and kitchenette--perfect. We would definitely want to stay there again.

The only negative !i was on the 5th floor at the end of the hall. The wifi was so spotty that it was worth less. I had to use a hot spot from my phone.

I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn in years and chose it because it was my only option. This hotel was unexepectedly incredible. The staff was beyond anything I could have imagined. Kind accommodating. Loved my stay.

Was very new looking. Plenty of breakfast staff was friendly. Closet to wear our son lives.

Daily cleaning crew missed a lot on daily check. Left dirty was cloths. Floor had dirty shoe prints by dink after they were there. Next day spots still there plus did not dump trash.

Friendly helpful reception. Layout of the room very convenient for a couple.
