- Terrific location, with ample free parking and walking distance to the stores and restaurants at One Loudoun. The lobby is spacious and well decorated and a nice place to relax. Nice pool.
- Location and cleanliness.
- Very clean, not crowded, nice breakfast included.
Cons -
- The rooms are very loud, with lots of unusual pops and bangs and creaks as if the building is settling, but so loud and frequent that it is disruptive, in addition to noise from other rooms. It has happened noth times I have stayed here and I won't again
- Our mattress was hard as a rock, not comfortable at all.

Nice lounge. Nice selection of snacks, if a bit pricey. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Decent quality products in the bathroom except the single ply TP.
Our mattress was hard as a rock, not comfortable at all.
