- I like the convenience of the location. There are plenty of great food options in the area and the hotel is a short ride to DC for sight-seeing.

Cons -
- When I checked in to hotel I was told that they could not apply my points to my Marriott Bonvoy membership. The room I was given smelled sweaty and when I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, they never came. The manager came that night and cleaned.
- Overpriced parking rate.
- I got off the metro and walked to the wrong Marriott. (There are 2 Marriotts in near each other in Crystal City.) Then I couldn?t find the other Marriott bc there was no signage. The entrance was under some scaffolding and serious renovation. No address.

The room was lovely, calming, large, its second-story window opening over a snow-topped roof. The location was one mile from the Reagan airport. The Shuttle was great.
1) The heater did not work; once fixed, its VERY loud fan came on for ten minutes then off for 15 during my stay. 2) The shrimp tacos were unedible. 3) I turned on the shower, but the water shot straight back at me, covering me, the toilet and floor!
