- They did not want us checking in until 4:00 pm
- The customer service was horrible. The room had urine on the base of the tub. All they did was make the bed, trash was still in the can when we stepped inside. I mean the room was horrible.
- Originally booked room was "not available", the 5th Floor of the South hotel was horrendous, and the heater was noisy.
