You have to pay $10 a day for parking and there parking lot is off the street and out in the open. No parking garage or nothing and they charge me $50 for a pillowcase. So if you have dye in your hair bring your own pillowcases and probably towels too.

Very clean and organized! The staff was friendly and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. I liked that the dove body wash, shampoo, and soap was provided.

The location next to the 395 hwy wasn¿t good for me. Also the surrounding area was very crowded and I didn¿t expect to be in so much congestion.

I left the hotel because the room was claustrophobic, smelled musty and the heating/cooling unit rattled. I completed my stay at an alternate location and will not go back to this hotel.

There was no breakfast. I filtered for rooms with breakfast when I did my search. The place had a funny smell. The location was seedy. Folks were hanging out in front of the hotel drinking.

The room was a decent size for a family of four.. Comfortable Beds, Fabulous full kitchen and dining area..Modern.. Bathroom clean.. Complimentary Coffee was a plus! We actually grilled outside- Burgers! Amazing hotel, stayed for 5 days, great stay!

The kitchen was perfect for two people and the bed was very comfortable. Good location, friendly staff. Dog friendly.

The first set of keys we received did not open the room door. After returning to the desk they did work, but we found another person's things there. We didn't feel secure in our new room after that. The housekeeper came in without knocking too.

Good sized kitchenette and shower.

Was put in a queen room that was missing side tables and had many issues. Was told it was the same price so there was nothing they could do. I told them it was the same price because I got the king room at a discount. Was moved the 2nd night.

The room was an average size.

The staff would not let us in our room; we had to wait 3 hours after check-in; they were rude and argued about the type of room we reserved; they were not accommodating

Friendly staff, clean, checked out games and the location was good for visiting family. Hotel was quiet and sat in back off of main road which was good. Loved the layout and the Kitchen area definitely a plus! :)

Phone didn¿t work and staff made aware but no one came to fix. The night before leaving the toilet stopped working and had to flush with water. Didn¿t inform staff about because believed they wouldn¿t fix, therefore told front desk at checking out.

Staff was rude, room smelled disgusting, shower didn't work, no coffee in the morning even though they promised free coffee 24/7.

No cleaning for the entire 9 days Staff had no idea where anything was so couldn't even get trash bags and towels Cockroaches

Location is great

There were bed bugs in my room. Ask the hotel staff dor new sheets and towels. They never sent housekeeping to change the sheets or towels. Was very disappointed. Had to ask twice.

It has a kitchenette which is convenient and the staff was professional

The hotel “ran out of towels and wash cloths”, the remote control didn’t work to the tv, the door to the cabinet under the sink (in the bathroom) was broken and kept falling on my foot when I entered

I loved everything about this room. It came with a dishwasher, dishes, large soap shampoo and conditioner! Not the tiny sizes most places provide. FREE laundry!! FREE board games and movies for people to check out. Theres a 24 hour ihop you can walk to
