- Staff was great. Overall very good.
- I liked the location, but getting into the driveway/parking lot is tricky. There is construction going on around the hotel and this makes it hard to identify the entrance.
- Cleanliness of hotel, overall price and attention of staff.
Cons -
- entrance and exit of the hotel from the highway was super awkward--nothing really you can do about that--but seemed like a strange place to be located. pool was freezing cold. for an indoor pool it was surprisingly cold.
- This hotel has bedbugs, and it seems like they put people staying for multiple nights in the room(s) known to have this issue.
- I booked two rooms - one for me and the other for in-laws. Both rooms were suites and ad stated two TV's in each room. The in-laws room only had one TV. Also walls were paper thin, could hear person in adjoining room coughing.
