My experience at this property was completely unacceptable. I arrived on November 22nd and the staff member named Andre refused to assist me and never provided my room. I waited for over an hour while he stood there doing absolutely nothing to help. I was stressed, tired, and treated with complete disrespect. This situation ruined my plans and caused me a lot of frustration. I am requesting immediate action and a full refund for this terrible service.”
