Dirty piss stained bathroom. Fixtures hanging off wall. Construction materials left in room. Active construction noise in hotel

Delicious brealfast

Bathroom door was dirty. Stopper behind door was broken and bathroom bulb was flashing. Lobby smelled like cigarettes which gave a bad first impression.

Close to get to DC. Our night desk guy was excellent. Can't think of his name, he made our stay very enjoyable. Very friendly and accomodating.

It was clean and close to Mt Vernon. The breakfast was satisfying as well.

It was a little hard to get into the motel from HWY 1 as you had to make u-turns to go north or return from the south on 1.

The lady who was working the weekend shift for breakfast. She looked quite unhappy and grumpy and when other guests went to go ask her for help the looks she gave was like.? I don?t wanna be here. Why are you bothering me?" The coffee is HORRIBLE

The staff is top notch in customer service. We stay here because of him. He always remembers us and treats us like family. Having a friendly smile, greeting and conversation is true hospitality!

I wish the shampoo/conditioner was in shower dispenser and refillable instead of tiny bottles. It would be more convenient and less plastic waste.

I need to have a make up mirror for women in the bathroom. Most hotels have a mirror that is on a retractable arm so that you can do your make up. It was not easy here. Also I had an iron but no ironing board that was fun. But the staff was so nice !

The friendliness of the staff.

We stayed 5 nights and requested a quiet part of the building. The last night, there was someone next door who talked loudly for quite some time late at night. The walls between rooms seemed thin.

Rooms were very clean and the water was always nice and hot. The staff were super nice and friendly. Heard no noises at all during the night so got nice peaceful sleep and day was fairly quiet too. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful experience awaits you, with clean rooms and friendly, polite staff. It?s the best accommodation you can find at this price.

Sometimes, you may feel worried about staying at a hotel for the first time. If you are planning to stay at this hotel or are considering it, my advice is to relax.

Cleanliness of the property was great. Additionally, staff was very accommodating and the room was well maintained.

The water pressure in the shower was weak and it took a long time for the water to get hot.

Convenient to Ft. Belvoir. The hotel doesn't look impressive, I expected a disappointing stay. Surprise! I think it's an old property that's been completely renovated inside, it was very nice and exceeded expectations. Nice breakfast, great coffee!

Old fashioned A/C with controls on the machine, could use some wall hooks to keep bugs out of luggage. Great hotel, I did not have enough room above to say all the things this hotel did well!

Close to my family. Clean and great breakfast. We stay there whenever we are in town. Mr Stacey is the best. Always so kind and remembers us. You have a great employee that represents your hotel.
