Everything was excellent. The staff greeted me warmly. I was able to bring my beagle dog. The room was fresh and comfortable. I loved the lounge with books and the light breakfast included the best granola I have ever had, with yogurt and croissants.

Location is perfect. Bathroom was beautiful. Room was spotless. Manager and valet were super accommodating.

The showerhead was terrible - not concentrated and low water pressure

No - it was a quick stay, but all very efficient and comfortable.

Loved the location, especially how close it was to the main street and shops.

I didn't care for the lack of availability of their airport shuttle service. I waited at the airport for 45 mins and the shuttle never showed up. No answer at the hotel couldn't reach anyone. Had to take an Uber instead.

I arrived early with thoughts of just asking if I could leave my small amount of luggage there until check in time- I had no car and no way to walk around carrying it with me- The staff member let me check in early as they weren't booked up that day!

We had an issue with the first room with the air conditioning not working so we were moved with no hassle. The staff was amazing! From the front desk to the room service, everyone couldn't have been more pleasant. Best room service food!!!!!

I wish the pool hours were a bit longer.

The room was comfortable, clean and very nice. The staff was so helpful and friendly. There was someone opening the door for you no matter what time you arrived or left. They greeted you and made sure your every need was taken care of.

The location is outstanding. The quaint dacor, friendly front office, clean rooms.

The allotted room was in level 1. It had one window somewhat below the street level. One small window with hedge in front. Felt a bit claustrophobic in the room. I am sure there are better rooms available in the hotel, but this must be the cheapest.

Shower water was not very strong. It took a long time to wash and rinse my hair.

This hotel was just what we needed. Clean, convenient and very friendly employees.

The only surprise was the $38.00 charge for parking.

We had to ask for blankets several times. I finally went up to lobby and stood there and waited for them. There is no library. The housekeeping staff was cleaning the room across the hall, screaming at 8 AM. The room was awful.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite. We had a bit of an issue with scheduling, and she was very concerned and helpful.

Clean, a personal staff, and the associated restaurant served a very nice breakfast.

The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room is pretty and very clean. They provide excellent complimentary coffee and tea. The lounge is a very comfortable, welcoming space.

Charming rooms, excellent staff, fantastic location one block from King Street in Old Towne.

No free WiFi in rooms and free Lobby WiFi wasn't working. No gym.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

All the Bed Pillows were very uncomfortable and the room was small. Bring you own pillow if you want to sleep well.
