Hampton Inn Alexandria/Pentagon South

Being 15 minutes from Washington dc was convenient, breakfast was great. Price was fair.

The pool was unexpectedly closed in the peak busy season in summer during a July 4 holiday week. It was hot and I was disappointed that I couldn't swim.

It was very clean

On our last night, the hotel lost power, and it had still not been restored by the following morning. The room became very warm overnight, and it was difficult getting ready in the morning without lights or warm water.

Just the location and the staff.

The hotel is very dated. It doesn’t meet Hilton standards.

there was a sock in our room(not ours), one of the lights in the room was not working and the toilet was running through out the night.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bottled water was offered at the front desk upon arrival.

Although everything seemed clean, the entire hotel kind of smelled. I think it is due for renovations and somehow clearing the air in there. It's kind of musty and the cleaning supplies add to the odor. My room was so strong I felt ill for a while.

The breakfast. Honestly, that is the only thing i had to ?complain? about. It was fine, but I have a food allergy and they put multiple things in one warmer , which meant i couldnt have anything from there due to cross contamination

The sheets and pillow covers are not cleaned. Breakfast options are not good, front staff and manager are rude.

No good customer service from staff, the pool was not open but they advertised it was open until you got there, the notices were posted. No towels. Key room not working. Very disapointed.

Easy check in via app to receive digital key. Room was clean. Looked to have a decent breakfast but didn't try.

Breakfast was cold, not many options. Outdoor pool.

The room has everything. The light is bright and sufficient. Staff are very friendly. Food service is great.

Shower head needs to improve

very dirty Hampton Inn that I ever stayed. The smell of marijuana everywhere, in the lobby and even in the room. I changed my room to find a better smell room but it was still bad. Breakfast was terrible. Can't believe it is run by Hilton

Cleanliness, free breakfast, free and safe parking, conveniently located. 24 hr coffee station, clean fitness center.

Room was very clean the lobby the hallways, very good breakfast. Overall I liked everything parking lot is very convenience. I almost forgot one of the very important is the front desk. Very kind. It makes you feel welcome to meet us very important.

None everything was good. I will definitely recommend it.

The room was immaculate. Front desk staff and those preparing the breakfast were lovely. The bed was hard and I would have preferred an extra blanket rather than a heavy quilt. But other than that, this is our favorite hotel to stay in in this area

The warm welcoming and helpful assistance from the hotel personnel from check-in to departure was super! Each staff member was courteous, efficient and professional in every facet of his/her duties.

The complimentary breakfast was somewhat disappointing, however we did not choose this hotel for the breakfast. Our primary criteria were reputation, location and price.

Everything about the stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were readily available and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
