All the staff were very friendly and accommodating,

I would suggest adding some type of picante sauce or packets to the breakfast area. There was hot sauce, but Texans also like picante sauce on their eggs. Also, grated cheese would have been nice so that we could make a breakfast bowl.

Clean

Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast food was gross. Mushy fruit, watered down gravy, mushy scrambled eggs. Packaged oatmeal!

The staff, location, and price were great.

One of my rooms had a gnat or fruit fly issue.

The bed wasn’t great but it’s a hotel. The shower rod had also been pulled down and the repair wasn’t very good

It was conveniently located to meet our needs, the staff was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean.

There were areas in the hotel that were showing wear and should be fixed, replaced or updated.

The parking was confusing. Having to register wirh a credit card that would not be charged if I left in time was unnecessary-this could have simply been part of the check in process

Felt very safe. Staff were very pleasant and happy, and willing to help. The breakfast was excellent.

The Wi-Fi worked well. The television worked well. The mattress was comfortable. General cleanliness was very good.

Only one elevator was working.

Last two days I stayed at this hotel there someone targeted us with an enormous amount of cig. smoke when we slept and everywhere we went in the room thereafter. I complained to the front desk and lady was rather rude.

Good coffee, with milk and half and half available. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy location for Uber from airport.

Signs at entrance "No parking. No standing." That was both unwelcoming and inconvenient. :( No water available to drink in lobby, except SIX DOLLAR bottled water. Hilton members however receive a couple of free bottles of water. Your point made. Parking $

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was, especially when booking only a few hours prior to our arrival.

The only thing I guess could be "better" is the bathroom was a little dated, peeling wallpaper & the vent didn't work. But overall, clean & worked - that's the important part!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled very nice. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and added to the welcoming experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good; eggs, sausage, oatmeal, potatoes, etc.

There was a smell I didn't care for of what smelled like fabric softener throughout the entire hotel, including my room. The staff wasn't courteous.
