Room not service, charged credit card full amount of stay even though we preoaid , no access to gym , dark hotel , unprepared doormen frequently chatting while guest waiting, may excuses fir poor servhce , poor quakity and tasting happy hour menu

It was new and modern location was close to airport

Check in was a nightmare, maintenance had to let us in because they couldn't get us checked in even though it was prepaid and I let them know it would be a late check in. Shower was either ice cold or scorching hot no in-between. Not worth the money!

Location

Water stains on room ceiling. No ice from the ice maker on the 4 th floor

Nice and clean and quiet area

Unable to watch TV, there was no network connection for 2 days while stay there.

Convenient to shops, restaurants and waterfront.

Price was reasonable for the room selected. Bed was very comfortable.

The parking area is awkward. Very tight parking in parking deck. Refrigerator was to cold and froze my beverages. Mini refrigerator but no microwave. No trash liners in trash cans.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well equipped and clean and the hotel shuttle service was prompt and quick.

Great location and fantastic roomy and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and handled Covid protocol very well. Coffee in am was wonderful.

Needed better food options since restaurant was closed. Grab and go food and drink would have been nice. I would have purchased at least two meals of grab and go.

I arrived and the rooms where not ready and it was past the time and in addition I got this hotel because free breakfast and they told me no. I was extremely upset that I cancel the reservation and I was charged a penalty for cancellation. Worst experienc

Wonderful staff at check in. Very helpful and know the area very well. I will come back to this hotel next time I am in Alexandria!

I liked the location. It was on a quiet street in Old Town. The staff were friendly and professional. I recommend requesting a room on the 4 floor. Better view and recently updated.

The first room was on the 4th floor. It was just like pictures and recently updated. However when we went to our room, we found a pair of jeans and underwear in the closet. This made me uncomfortable due to the pandemic. New room on 3rd floor. Not as nice

The room we stayed in didnt have any working heat.

In and out onsite parking was easy and the price was rolled right onto my bill. I was doing overnight events and the curtains in the room actually blocked out the sun perfectly. I couldn't tell the sun was even up!

Not very clean for what we expected, was not aware of paying a daily parking free of $20/day until we arrived, nowhere to bring dog in the area.

During my check-in I was advised of a parking fee, I let the gentleman know I was not notified of a parking fee when I booked the room. He did not give any kind of attitude and kindly took the parking fee off without any complaints.

Some people at the front desk greet me by name and is always friendly. It's convenient close to DC right off the parkway not that far from King street.

The towels are not always clean and there is not enough towels in the room. Sometimes not enough toilet paper.

Location

The smell in the room and the customer services . They were not mean they just seem as if they didnt care at all and the tv woukdnt work correct , the tub kept stopping up and we had to go buy our own plug ins to make the room smell decent enough for us.

I like that it's down in Old Town and close to the parkway to DC.

Towels can be a little cleaner and fresher. I hate how the TV doesn't work half the time. I hate that it goes off while your watching it. I feel if its going to be on a timer let it be during the 1 am hour or after.

Was quiet

Parking is $20 there was no free breakfast due to covid. So they should of let us have room service or something.

The beds are very comfortable great for my back. That's why I keep staying there and the prices are great.

Sometimes the TV and fridge wouldn't work.
