Clean, friendly and good breakfast

Great room layout for the 2 bedrooms and plenty of space. I like the newer decor too.

The location was great. Uber to DC museums was only 15.00. Tje rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was nice and breakfast was abundant! All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

There was nothing I didn¿t like .

Dirty room. Old worn out furniture and carpet. Dirty linens (towels, bedding had stains) broken elevators. Pool closed for the season (which I guess could be expected but not stated on the website so our group did not get to swim for the birthday)

Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast had good choices and everything was replenished quickly. Room amenities were excellent.

Our floor was being re-wallpapered. Work began at 8 AM while we were still sleeping, and there was a lingering odor in the hallways. Management accommodated us with one free night, which we felt was appropriate and much appreciated.

That they accept dogs but the fee is too high its highway robbery. The parking is great for the area. The desk people are super friendly for the most part.

The maids seem sad and overworked. One of the women that worked the front desk kind of accused us of not paying for our dogs and loitering when all we wanted to do was use the stairs. One of the elevators where out and alot of smokers

Location was important. It also had a small couch for one of my kids to crash out on. It served a breakfast in the sub-par morning but it was better than nothing. The room itself was clean.

There was trash/dirty dishes piled near the elevators morning & night. The breakfast was a joke; basically microwaved pancakes, flattened tater tots, cheap sausage links, and bulk pastry. The coffee ran out and no one went to make more when staff advised.

The patio and pool were really nice. I like that they had a grill for guest use.

The bed hurt my back, the blankets were terrible, giant stains all over, whirlpool broken,(since 5/12/23)down over 3 months so far, hallways not vacuumed in the 3 days I was there. Numerous things broken, door handles were loose and gross.

Size of the room.

We drove extra and paid a little extra to stay somewhere with a pool and was never notified the pool and hot tub were not working till we had the grandchildren ready and saw the note on the door. During check in they never said anything about it.

Great room size with good staff and Good Breakfast.

The location is amazing, the staff is extremely helpful, the sheets are very soft, and the bed is comfortable. The appliances all work perfectly, the lights and furniture are placed in ideal locations, the art and paint in the room make it feel like home.

This hotel is fabulous, but they need to re-do the bathtubs in some of the rooms - I might be being picky, but the paint chipping makes bubble baths feel less than ideal. However, I wasn't expecting the hotel to be as lovely as it turned out to be!

It was comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind. The room was exactly like the pictures they sent me. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel and my family and I will come back in the future.

familia de personas. Muy c¿modo y el personal muy Cortez. Desayuno rico y suficiente, no s¿per variado. Por COVID no pudimos disfrutar el yacussi, ya era invierno. ¿rea con muchos negocios.

Hay que ir en auto hasta Metro, as¿ que nos movimos en Auto y creo conviene si son muchos. Promedio $3 por hora el parking en la calle.

The friendly staff and the check-in process was great, no long lines and all paper work went smoothly.

I did see two ladies with a dog in the breakfast area. No dogs should be around a public area with food during this time of covid.

Location close to DC attractions, though it did require a car. Friendly staff, very accommodating front desk staff.

Price is a bit high, but for DC area it's not bad.

Room was very clean, and the amenities were plentiful and welcome. The staff was pretty much close to perfection -- helpful, intelligent, polite, and unobtrusive.

We didn't dislike anything.

Hot breakfast was great and the staffing is very friendly. Checking in and out was super easy.

The room was a little bit small compare to the one we stayed at another location. But still OK.

The kitchenette and the fireplace made this feel like a mini home away from home.

The bathroom was a bit worn.
