Quality Inn Mount Vernon

Only location was good, nothing else!!!

This is NOT hotel, it is motel...and they have cockroaches... That was disgusting!!!!!

Location

Traveled single for a church trip. Left room immaculate. They charged $50 incidental charge to my card before I checked out and have to make a credit card dispute after calling and they couldn’t see my stay in system. Unacceptable.

The size of the room. Cleanliness, ease of check in check out. Ample parking

Breakfast could have included bacon or sausage. More options. Nicer staff. One lady was very kind but the two others could be nicer

The staff and location were extremely nice.

The attendant for the breakfast was not so pleasant. Needs to be talked to about etiquette and being more friendly. Also, ran out of eggs on our last day, which was rather disappointing.

The quality of the bedding was decent, the two queen size beds were comfortable.

Not really the fault of management, we chose this hotel for the location not for the amenities. Very disappointed the pool was closed, that needs to be reflected in the listing on line. To be brutally honest, there were noisy patrons upstairs on all sides

Hotel employee and her assistant were both very helpful, friendly, and gave out great directions.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff is so helpful. Hotel employee was amazing in helping with any accommodation or request I had. The breakfast is good (and free!). The location is good because there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location as well as the room having a microwave and a refrigerator.

That my door lock was broken. The bathroom door was broken and hard to close. The mirror above the sink was dirty and the digital clock was broken as well as broken. The room smelled like absolute smoke. I had to let it air out for 30 mins and spray

Location was fine, so was price.

There was a live wasp in the room!!!! Killed it, but jeez, what's up with that?

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was an easy drive to the Amtrak Autotrain.

Very disappointed . Very old and loud and seemed to be a weekly motel for work crews. Never again

It was loud and very slum like Never did I think this is where I would stay. Took a risk because it said maybe a Holiday Inn or Ramada but very very disappointing

Parking

The area wasn¿t the best but it was ok. The staff was horribly rude  who claimed to be a manager, which also told me they don¿t clean the room but every 3 days. Roaches were present as well as mice.

Employees. Convenient location.

Only that bed too close to wall for walking to bathroom. And toilet in odd location in bathroom.

The beds slept very nice

They offered breakfast, but no bacon! I would have like a little but otherwise good

Breakfast started at 6:30 which was too late for me to enjoy. There was no computer available

It was fairly clean. A few restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. It was a pretty quiet area. Staff was amazing.

The location was quite away from actually Old Town Alexandria, and shouldn't be advertised as such.

Generous and good breakfast; had a freezer, fridge, and microwave; security guard outside at night; great value for the price

This was further from DC than other parts of Alexandria.

Flexible stays. Clean accommodation. Excellent Washer and Dryer. Angela h was the best.

The manager Christie (sp?) had an attitude fairly regularly.

Location was good. Room was clean when I arrive. But didn¿t clean the room on the second day.

The bed was horrible. Old. The mattress most of the springs were collapse, ding on it. Very old mattress and losses its tamper. I got severe back pain after sleeping on this bed. I tried both the bed in my room both are worest.
