Location

No ice bucket, no luggage rack, full kitchen but only 1 chair, $10 parking fee, only 1 hook in the bathroom and not real clean

Great breakfast, efficient check-in, rooms were very clean.

The room was spacious and the layout was nice. Having the kitchenette was convenient. It was very close to George Washington's Mt. Vernon.

The bathtub did not drain properly. There were four of us and not enough towels upon our arrival. The toilet seat was damaged and looked like it had wet toilet paper stuck too it. We arrived at 4pm and had to wait to check in.

A apartment size refrigerator.

House cleaning did not take dirty towels out. Load new towels oz did not know we had to ask for Adele.

Breakfast and TV channels. Free use of washer dryer.

Thin walls between rooms

Very Disappointing. My mom cut her finger when the door closed. She went to the front desk and asked for a brandade and was given a small one. Her finger was bleeding profusely and she asked for a larger one. Hotel employee , said he doesn't have one. Really?

Hotel employee, is beyond rude. My husband asked for a tooth paste and he was given a small sample. My husband asked for another one for the morning and he was told to go buy one. We booked 3 rooms for more than a week.

I love that they have a wide range of amenities for the guest

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I?ll be dealing with it on a corporate level. I have never experienced such disrespect during my staying in hotels for the past four months. I am in transition after being displaced from my home back in August.

Front desk was so helpful and polite upon our arrival and very concern about making us feel welcome , my wife and son were so please for his attention , thank you and we will be back and recommend to our family and friends . Thanks again

Convenient location

The first room had hair all over the sheets when we arrived. They moved us to a second room which had dirty carpet. You could see all the debris in it as though it had not been vacuumed.

A lot of the staff is lazy, especially Housekeeping. I¿ll ask for housekeeping services and be told they¿ll do it and when I get back nothings done. I have to ask for towels and bedding myself. When they do clean it¿s halfway cleaned. No towels, etc¿

First room ac wasn't working. hotel employee assisted in accommodating our needs.

The convenience, only 5 minutes to my job. Staying here until apartment is ready.

The staff¿.only people that speak English is the front desk¿EVERYONE I encountered seemingly didn¿t understand a word of English.

I did not have AC and the front desk gave me a fan!

The hotel was nice and set up well very clean and modern looking definitely exceeded expectations of quality

The updated look and feel of the room and also the complimentary breakfast selection and the staff that worked the morning breakfast she was pleasant and friendly.

The in room ammenities, the staff at the front desk was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean which is extremely important in times like these

The walls were thin, I could hear the activities of the couple next door :(

The cleanness and its feels home with set up room furniture and the smart TV. Definitely will go back
