Location, friendly staff, great room and delicious free coffee!

Beautiful interior design, clean room, spacious king bed. Great restaurant.

The bill seemed a little convoluted and confusing. I prepaid but it looks like there was an attempt to bill twice. Parking wasn't possible without valet although I thought it was offered on description by booking.com.

The hotel is on a beautiful location, pretty much waking distance to the major sightseeings. I have to mention how warmly they greeted our puppy. Room was spacious consider being in old town.

Can’t complain much about the hotel as it’s an amazing one. Only strange thing was that not even one bottle of water was complimentary (which is standard in most of the hotels).

Breakfast was very good. The location was a short walk to the waterfront and lots of shops and restaurants but is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

Very cute and quirky hotel excited for my next trip back in a few years. Everything else. The view could have been better but it's not like every room can be amazing.

Wifi went out likely as a result of the merger they were working on it and it would come back up occasionally but it was still rough.

All of the front desk staff were outstanding. Very clean. Finishes throughout were top notch. Very comfortable room. Location was excellent in Old Town Alexandria. They were so accommodating the whole time. We will be back.

Very convenient location.

The room was a kind of tiny. There was a fire alarm at night. So we get out the room to find out what’s going on but no one was out of room. It turned out a false one though nice to be told.

The lady at check in

I was really looking forward to the rooftop terrace, but sadly I couldn’t take my pup. They charged $75 per night for my dog. Disappointing that they didn’t mention the no access for her to the rooftop before checking.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Location was perfect to get to shops, metro, restaurants and waterfront. I would defintely stay here again.

We were not in main building. Had to cross a busy driveway to get to hotel lobby. Food I hotel very average.

Certain things triggered extra costs that are free in other places, e.g., early check in in case rooms are available early.
