The very comfortable beds and big bathroom, free breakfast and being very close to Mount Vernon.

I wish there was a safety bar on the outside if the shower. There is one on the inside, which is great, but, one in the outside would make it safer.

We've stayed here many times. It was loud. It sounded like kids were just running and jumping most of the night in the rooms above us. I did find a live bed bug. We won't be staying at this location anymore.

That there were homeless people staying and the hotel as guests for 2 months, the ones I saw were very poorly dressed, smelled and were interacting with paying guests in very inappropriate ways.

Hospitality from the housekeeping staff and the breakfast staff. The front desk staff were also great.

It was conveniently close to your city and was comfortable. Beds were comfy but sheets are kind of scratchy and not luxury.

The pool seemed very dirty

The room was very clean, comfortable and new/well renovated. The free hot breakfast was a great start to our day and having fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate available around the clock was an unexpected treat.

The water temperature was inconsistent - sometimes cold and wouldn't warm up for several minutes, sometimes too hot even when the faucet was set to the far right. The swimming pool water was a bit cloudy. Couldn't connect to the WiFi.

My grand daughter loved the pool. The breakfast had a good variety of selections.

It would be helpful if there was an EV charging station.

The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in! The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was so comfortable! Loved the pool and breakfast was great with so many options! The lady working breakfast was so kind and accommodating!

We were very pleased with this Hampton Inn! It was very clean, the staff friendly, they had a great breakfast, and the layout of the hotel was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was a great size. Breakfast was solid.

We were using the sofa pullout. The sheets were not clean. We had to go get the sheets and change them.

It's like a brand new hotel. So clean and fresh looking. Great breakfast selection included in your stay. Very convenient to Mt Vernon.

Took close to 1.2 an hour to check in. Only one person at the desk. She was helping a customer. When she finished she never acknowledged us. Had to approach her twice to check in. Wifi instructions did not work. Had to use an unsecure back door.

Yes I did not like the fact that the staff was very rude we came with two small children and we were not accommodated I booked a queen size bed and they tried to tell me a double was a queen bed was so small people were falling off the bed
