- The room and the breakfast
- Hospitality from the housekeeping staff and the breakfast staff. The front desk staff were also great.

- That there were homeless people staying and the hotel as guests for 2 months, the ones I saw were very poorly dressed, smelled and were interacting with paying guests in very inappropriate ways.
- The pool seemed very dirty
- elevator was not working
