Very poor organization for check-in. Waited over an hour after arriving and the first room I was given already had another guest in it.

Nice clean room. Nice staff. Good breakfast

The location and general atmosphere. The people hanging out in their nightclothes, for some reason it appeared more residential then a hotel. I would not do this again.

I would prefer better quality cookware and an oven or toaster oven large enough to cook a frozen pizza.

The elevators were out of service and the hot water was out of service. Both incidences were brief and the staff was apologetic.

TV did not work in the first room. Notified front desk, but did not get any response until I went down and asked to be moved. Clerk was helpful, and did get us moved.

It¿s In a great area. The room was really quiet for being so close to the train. I had a great sleep thanks to that and the comfy bed. The breakfast spread was also good. Can¿t complain about the stay at all.

In order to park, we had to pay $32.00 for parking. There wasn't any information on that. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known. Additionally, their parking garage was full of garbage and junk.

Cleanliness was impeccable as well as the staff but the central heating unit unfortunately was not at it's full potential on two of the very coldest days and nights of the week.

The kitchen was nice size.

Being a dog friendly hotel I feel my room could of been better cleaned. I left with dog hair all over my clothes. It was everywhere in my room. Some rooms should be blocked off to non dog guest.

They did have a nice free breakfast bar area! The room was an average room with a convenient kitchen area, which was nice like a studio apartment.

There was apparently a network issue, therefore I couldn’t relax nor connect to the internet to get any work done! It was really an inconvenience that apparently they could do nothing about. There was also no soap for me to wash the dishes with.

The pedestrian gate lock does not always work in the parking deck. No housekeeping service at night. No weeknight dinners.

Almost too much to remember- from no hot water for first few days, to housekeeping not doing their job; not the friendliness of staff or following through on requests. Would not stay again.

This hotel is extraordinary for the price. I love the comfortable beds, full kitchen, clean and updated bathrooms and the location. This is me and my fiancé's favorite hotel.

The parking fee could be more reasonable. Other than that, superb.

Large, comfortable suite. Pretty decent breakfast included. Very quiet stay. Front desk reception also.
