My Place Hotel West Jordan

It was close to for my need for my visit

I was put in a handicap room which wasn’t a problem but the attachment for the shower head did not stay in place and I had to keep fixing it so it didn’t keep sliding down

Nothing. It was supposed to be a better hotel than the one next door, this is claimed for 3 starts and the other one for 2.5 and my friends stayed at the other one, so we where able to verify how bad our hotel was as opossed to the other one

Rude personnel, and no kitchenware: no pots, pans, anything to heat up our meals, then why do you have a kitchen that you can't use? so weird

This is probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, in a long while. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It has a small kitchen, but no dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. In addition to bringing our food, this would require many additional trips to the car to bring all of these items to our room. Very inconvenient.

The bathroom was not cleaned, dirty wash rag still in the shower. Customer service was never available immediately. I had to wait for someone to come to the desk then the didn't even follow through adding my sons name to arrive when I wasn't there.

Nice, clea n room with a full kitchen.

No ice machine.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. The Refrigerator and Kitchenette were nice to have.

The black-out blinds on the window were not very good, and there was a spotlight outside my room. There was no cooking utensils, plates silverware, pots or pans in the room. Why is there a kitchenette but no way to cook?

We like that it had a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, ect...)

We wish it let us know that there was no cooking supplies available. I also wish they let us know that cleaning/room service was every 4 days.

The parking. Lots of hotels never can find parking, this one, I loved the location and the parking.

The staff was never at the front desk, but when they did help us, they were ok. It was different, cause I didnt do my homework, I didnt realize no pool, and no in house food service, and when we went to use the computer the printer didnt work,

Nice and accommodating staff! Great location too, with easy access to a lot of different restaurants and stores.

Convenient location. Fridge and microwave. Free internet. Have stayed here before. Will stay here again.

The hotel seemed pretty new and clean.

Although we parked in a visible spot right in front of the hotel, we woke to our truck window broken and all of our belongings stolen. Police questioned why we would bring our family here. Apparently he is frequently called here due to drugs and theft.

Location mostly. I somewhat liked the lkitchenette.

kitchenette didn't come with any utensils or even cups? Wasn't thrilled what that or no breakfast except for a paid one. Next time I will gladly spend the exact same amount of money on a hotel with free breakfast and comes with cups in kitchen.

It's very clean and comfortable.. the staff is very helpful and friendly. The laundry facility is affordable and clean.

Location and it has a recliner.

They clean on a rotating schedule.
