Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City-West Jordan

Chose this hotel because of the full breakfast and it was not. No hot tub at all. No heat in our room at all. Very disappointed.

Nice surprise - HEATED POOL!!! Love the location. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Bed was soooooo comfortable (best EVER!!!).

STAFF. Left A LOT to be desired. ZERO customer service skills (except older breakfast server gentleman). Cold, no smile, rude, curt, detached should not be mistaken for, is NOT professionalism. Entire reason for low overall rating - that bad! Stiff towels

I liked the breakfast, fitness room and swimming pool. The room was nice.

The bed was Very hard and uncomfortable. And the cleaning staff woke me up at 9:30 am to see if I had checked out. That was frustrating!!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Good location for our plans. Close to movie theater and places to eat and do a little shopping. The lady at the front desk was all by herself with several people trying to check in but she still greeted us with a smile!

The lady at the front desk was amazing! But she really needed help. There was a long line and she was the only one there. She was very patient and kind. The carpet by the window and AC/heater unit was wet. It was kind of gross. I assume it was from the A

The hotel was extremely clean the staff was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. I most definitely will be coming back here. Worth every penny

The room was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

You had to pay for WiFi no microwave in the rooms, there was one available by the ice machine .

This hotel was nicely decorated, has great amenities, and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was actually pretty decent and there were chocolate chip cookies ready for us in the afternoon.

Zero complaints. I stay at a lot of hotels and I really enjoyed this one! If I HAD to say something, the mattress could have been better.

Decent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The room had a nice sized fridge.

Our rm was more like a motel 6 rm with nice carpet. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The towels had black hair on them. There wasn't a microwave in the rm & the ice machine was out of service. It was built for looks not comfort.

Cleanliness and good location.

The front desk people just did not care especially the one working in the morning when I was checking out. She is the most unfriendly front desk person I¿ve ever encountered in my life! Hampton Inn in Murray staff are wonderful and went back there .

Plenty of towels, great breakfast, and quiet.

No vending area, no microwaves in the rooms.

Room was large and mostly well kept

Window was broken and had been screwed up against the frame leaving an air gap around the entire thing. It made the traffic loud and the wind whistled through the opening during the storm that night keeping us awake.

We were going to a concert and this hotel was in a good location. The concert was canceled back in March. We immediately called to cancel our reservation. We were not able to. So we did not stay. We felt you were unreasonable.

It was a handicapped accessible room so had a lot of space.

The big problem we had was our handicapped room had flood lights out the window shining on the outside wall to light up their signage. There was no blackout curtain. All night there was almost worse than sunlight coming through our window I got no sleep

Needs a lot of work. Air conditioner broke air vent in bathroom was broken, lights were out but they came and fixed it

Friendly greeting at check in. Room was clean but 2 tiny trash cans and no service of the room until checkout. The trash stacked up from our 2 takeout meals.

The spa was out of order and a light from the pool was just resting on the side of the pool. It didn¿t look very safe. In the morning when the pool opened there were no towels in the pool area.
