- Convenience with location and on site restaurant
- The convenience of how close it is to national park and having a delicious steak restaurant as part of the hotel took my breath away.
- The room was warm and the bed was firm

- Would have preferred better cleanliness of the room

- The hot water was ice cold but the following morning it was so hot that it burned my hand and I needed first aid
