This Sandy, Utah hotel is just off I-15 and a 20-minute drive from downtown Salt Lake City. It features a daily buffet breakfast with waffles, eggs, potatoes and more. The bright rooms feature large windows and wooden furniture, and cable TV is provided. The Cotton Tree Best Western features a relaxing hot tub. Further facilities include a well-equipped business center with a PC and copy and print services. The South Towne Center Mall is just across the street from this Best Western. - Their ability to help when challenges arise. And the breakfast lady was great!
- Clean. And free coffee
- Beds were comfy
Cons -
- The only thing is that their Entry Windows need to be clean and Smudge Free.
- The air conditioning did it work. The maintenance did not ever touch or clean coils so compressor going on and off all night. Also asked for housekeeping while a four day stay never got it. Also only one elevator worked and the breakfast was a hot mess
- The swimming pool and hot tub were broken. It would?ve been nice to know ahead of time. That?s why we book a hotel.
