Best Western Plus Cotton Tree Inn

I got bit by beg bugs and contacted the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. So terribly Disgusted. I’ve never ever experienced this before. I’m afraid that they are having other guests stay in room 307. BEWARE

Mold in the shower, check in was not ready on time, bugs in the room, when they moved me rooms it also had bugs. Got bit at night by diffferebt bugs.

The A/C wasn’t great, when it turned off 5 minutes later it would turn on, this was constant. And the only time we went to the pool because we figured that families would be gone for a while and it wouldn’t be busy and the pool was closed.

Clean and a great breakfast

Our Ac unit did not work had to switch rooms and it still didn’t work just blew air. The days were in 100’s so you needing good air conditioning.

Yes!!! I booked a balcony king.?that is what we were looking forward to the most. Did not get it and they really couldn?t give me a reason why. One of the two rooms was very stuffy and did not smell very fresh and clean. The other smelled great!

Their ability to help when challenges arise. And the breakfast lady was great!

The only thing is that their Entry Windows need to be clean and Smudge Free.

The air conditioning did it work. The maintenance did not ever touch or clean coils so compressor going on and off all night. Also asked for housekeeping while a four day stay never got it. Also only one elevator worked and the breakfast was a hot mess

The swimming pool and hot tub were broken. It would?ve been nice to know ahead of time. That?s why we book a hotel.

Great location for us and the facility was well-maintained. We had an issue with the TV, but the front desk staff quickly came to our room and resolved it within minutes. Great service!

Great value. Clean, well-sized rooms, good room service, decent breakfast, decent amenities (pool, hot tub, gym), easy parking. Nothing fancy, but solid all around. Also, decent restaurants and shopping in close driving distance.

Not a pretty location, requires car to get anywhere worthwhile, and quite far from attractions (e.g. ski areas are 30+ minutes away), but still very reasonable for the price. Would have to pay many times more to get same quality in better location.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and good.

The breakfast area is always clean. The food is hot and plentiful. The condiments are always well stocked. The hot tub is hot! Which is great

The room was very nice, the water feature in the lobby was relaxing, the free warm drink machine was a hit with our family, and the pool/hot tub were warm and comfortable. Also, the hotel was in a well-maintained and convenient location.
