Location; cleanliness; great staff

convenient location; proximity to airport, restaurants etc.

Room located at stairway and entrance; street and highway was noisy at all hours. heating system was loud and vent outlets aimed at bed was drafty. Roomed smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast good but ended too early. NO On-site restaurant

Very clean and the staff was very nice. Quickest check-in we¿ve ever experienced. Pool area maintained. Room was amazing. So very clean and we had the suite so it was stocked with dishes and pots and pans to use if needed as well as a full-size fridge.

The breakfast was delicious with waffles, scrambled eggs, in breakfast buffet form. We also used the pool and exercise facilities and sport court. The location was close to the freeway and shopping.

The drains in the bathroom weren't working very well, but we reported so hopefully they can get those working.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The elevator is old and a bit rickety. A little nerve racking.

The building looked as though it has recently been remodeled. It was clean, and updated. It didn't have that "lived in" "overused" appearance that most Residence Inn type of hotels usually have.

Clean towels should be brought by daily even if cleaning is only done every 3 days.

Large room. Perfect for our family of four. Booked the room because we were going to Hale Theater. It ended up being right next door. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Took some time to get my extra night stay to work for me to stay in same room. Then I had a do not disturb sign on door but housekeeper came in anyway. They should check with the front desk before entering the room.

The staff was great!

The pool area is tiled and not safe my grandson fell several times.

Proximity to interstate. Noise was significant throughout the night.

The 2 room suite was amazing! I had my own room, put kids in the other and 1 on the pull out couch/bed.

That I was able to check in early. I had been on the road all day early and wanted to get in and relax.

Out side in the hall way was a very loud fan noise up in the attic. [4th floor by elevator.]

This hotel and its location is excellent. Rooms were very clean and everything was in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we got far exceeded our expectations.

Spacious, clean , nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable bed.

Location was perfect; very close to the freeway, so it was easy to hop on and off. The staff was very nice; check in and out was simple. The layout of the room was great and had everything I would need if I had stayed longer.

Let me preface this part by saying that I arrived late and left early, so staying at the Residence Inn was probably an overkill. This unit needed a repair to the bathroom door that would not shut; A/C was quite loud and the people above me were noisy.

The staff was very nice! Every part of the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was wonderful!Coffee available all day.

The quality was not a 3 star. Hotel was old. Horrible selection on the television.
