The price

No hot water whatsoever. Heater did not work, fridge did not work

It is not a clean family friendly hotel. I had to walk through people smoking outside just to get in. The room was not what the online pictures show. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get a room key.

I did nor received discounted or points for them placing me in a room with no linen and soap. They dixed the issue but i should of been upgraded or compensated or something

This is the dirtiest place. I had to order my own cleaning supplies. I lost all of my food, the fridge had no way to be turned on nor was it even on. Lots more issues!!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Clerk was not very friendly. Also in the morning the front desk was barred shut so I could not get a receipt.

The location was excellent. Right off of I-15 and close to a lot of convenient shopping/dining.

The front desk is closed between 10pm and 10am. We arrived right after 10pm and had to wait about 20-30 minutes for someone to come down to check us in. The hotel is older and a bit run down, but also just not very clean at all.

Nothing to like

The woman who checked me in was rude and had a dog with her that wanted to attack people in the hotel.

You have to pay 10.00 to have your room cleaned because they only clean it every three weeks. They do not vacuum the hallways.?maybe once a month. The staff is nice. The hotel needs new policies on cleaning.

The hotel was infested with cockroaches, didn't even end up sleeping there after seeing 4 roaches in kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area

When we needed the room changed the manager accommodated our request.

The ?queen? size bed was smaller than a queen and didn?t fit two people. It was also incredibly difficult to sleep since the area was noisy and the guests above us were running around all night.

Fridge didn't work and my food got ruined. Asked for reimbursement and they refused Not real clean.

Location was good for us. We liked having a kitchen. Our room was very quiet.

The company that owns the laundry facilities needs to service their machines. We happened to pick the two driers that didn't heat.

Smelled and the elevator was broken. Room was dirty.

The manager was honest about the poor condition of the hotel.

Ist rm-garb & cig. butts on floor. Not cleaned at all. 2nd rm- hair & toothpaste in sink, sticky tables,fecus on bathroom floor. Spoke to mngr he said thats normal & worse w/other rms/ not enough staff.

Hotel was good for the price. Check-in was quick and easy, Hailey at the front desk was always helpful and and friendly. Located in a great area. Liked the full kitchen in room, did not have dishes but just had to ask front desk for some.

The free breakfast was 2 star for sure. TV in room could be bigger. Hotel needs some updating.

It is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. It¿s great to have a kitchen in the room and washers/ dryers in the hotel.

Dirty, had roaches and no staff on duty at night.

The staff was welcoming and polite.

The floor in our room was absolutely filthy. II used a couple of wash clothes to wipe it up and they were completely black on both sides from just w the walk ways! There was a puddle of honey or something sticky behind the bed!

Dated. However looks like they were trying to update in some areas. Some things needed to be fixed in the room, faucet at kitchen sink. When trying to get dishes for breakfast they were out of most dishes. Back up disposables are recommended.
