The friendliness of all the staff.

I heard a great time and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. They checked in with me via text once a day while I was there to check up on how my stay was going. They were incredibly friendly and attentive in person.

Housekeeping was not good. There were blood spots on our bedding and grass on the floor at the side of the bed. Despite a notice on the door, a housekeeping crew member attempted entry to our room without even a knock.

Large room, clean, comfortable pillows. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was good and had many options.

We had metal bars sticking out from under the beds, I scratched myself on one of them. We fixed the beds so that my husband, who is on blood thinners, didn't get injured. We were in a room on the top floor next to the freeway, the noise was horrible.

Not what it used to be, but still better than most. Aging, carpets need to be replaced, dripping faucet in tub. Still a good stay and great breakfasts!

Right next to the freeway so depending on where your room is you have more noise than others. Also has the thermostats locked to auto which means the air turns on and off all the time.

Location was good for our purposes

A Clean, comfortable bed and an upscale breakfast with more choices than most.

Other guests were noisy in the halls until midnight. Breakfast should extend to 10:00 am in my opinion. Some come to relax and sleep in.

Super easy to get to. Right off the freeway. Every staff interaction was amazing

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub faucet leaks. This wasn¿t just our room. Had a friend in a different room say the same about the bed and his sink was leaking

Your hotel staff was friendly and professional. I liked the pool. I liked the free parking. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay

I thought that I was charged too much for the 4 snacks i bought (50.00) what was that all about. There should be a hot breakfast, not a pre prepared cheese omelette. I was disappointed with the breakfast.

Clean, safe, comfortable. Came with two young children and was pleased with overall condition

Freeway noise

Was not satisfied at all.

The room was not clean. Had candy And small pieces of trash on the floor when we came into the room. Got horrible sleep as there was a dog in someone¿s room that was barking all night.

Room was dirty and bugs in room . We left are room at 2:30 am and drove home waste of money!!

Wow The entire front desk staff is excellent and went over and above to make my 5 night stay very comfortable! This Hampton Inn had everything, good hot breakfast, solid Wifi, parking, Hot tub and very clean rooms!

Noise from the highway kept me up for most of the night. They need to put in soundproof windows

That they did not come into the room and make the bed, check to see if we were out of anything and empty garbages.

Was clean and seemed to be well run.

Our room was right next to th ed Interstate and the traffic noise made it hard to sleep.

That it is very ucomfortable, clean and the staff was wonderful. We also enjoyed breakfast. We would stay there again. The price per night was reasonable too. Thank you!!!
