Location and cleanliness

Yes. There was not breakfast 10:00 am. And no microwave in room. Both of the things were mentioned when I booked this hotel.

Reserved 2 queens beds. Was given room with 1 bed. Front staff said you are only guaranteed room not the type.

Location

The bed was hard as a rock. It says the room can sleep 5 but only had 2 queens and a small chair.

It was quiet

our room didnt have a view. There was an ac unit or something like that obstructing our view. They did not have a breakfast for free. but the restaurant however limited was ok. but costly.

Staff was amazing! Their patience with my visiting grandchildren was so appreciated. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in making this visit so enjoyable. The night chief cook and bottle washer was on her own and did a fantastic job!

Nothing Room was very dirty with garbage and used cups ¿¿ under the beds.

From the moment I walked in and was finally helped by the young lady. She was terrible. Charged me an additional $110 was lied to when asked why and now trying to get it refunded and I now have $30 to my name

Fridge is a bit small

The TV exceeded expectations, it was easy to find shows and I was impressed to have access to HBO and Showtime for free. Additionally, there was access to a little bit of food and drink in the building which meant I could have a cocktail without going out

My A/C was broken when I came to the room. This was frustrating because I checked in around 9:30 at night, I was exhausted and got and wanted to unwind. Instead I had to wait for maintenance. It was repaired within 30 min but I worried if it would break i

This hotel is over rated. Limited room service, no open bar, and food choices around the hotel were mediocre.

Good location. Close to freeway, shopping, restaurants. Staff was very friendly and efficient at check-in. Nice pool and patio area.

No breakfast. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but that might be just a matter of preference. I would stay here again.

They put our room right next to the elevators and kids were running up and down the hallway until 2 AM.

The room was incredible. Really clean and very nice. Way better than I was expecting going into it. Tv was awesome, bed was comfortable, really awesome place.

The drain for our shower didn't work, but we managed.

Seemed clean, the decor was weird, but that didn't matter. The staff was nice, it took a while for her to get us checked in for whatever reason but she found us and was able to get us accommodated. This was just an overnight getaway for my wife's birthday

The cleanliness and wonderful staff!! Hope was a warm, kind, and friendly staff member who really made this stay memorable!! She went out if her way to help me find my glasses that I left at the hotel when we left and I was really really grateful for that

This is for all hotels. A night's stay should afford guests 24 hrs. Not 3pm to 11am. We're short changed 4 hrs. They should allow for early check in availability as rooms are cleaned, not wait til 3pm after all rooms in hotel inventory is cleaned.
