Great location, close to lots of restaurants and good access to the ski resorts, good facilities, lovely pool and outdoor hot tub
Single use disposable plastic, cuttlery and “glasses” and paper plates et cetera for breakfast- not very sustainable

The location is convenient to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, the rooms are easy to access from the parking lot when you're carrying lots of bags. There is a nice heated pool and a jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and in good condition. They have good kitchenettes with a stovetop and full size fridge.
The breakfast wasn't as good as I remembered it from years past, and they frequently ran out of things like coffee or eggs (had trouble keeping up). The hot tub was extremely chlorinated (it bleached our bathing suits).

We enjoyed the convenience of it's proximity to excellent ski resorts the most. We enjoyed easy access to our room, and we enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed easy access to several quality restaurants.
The interior of the room is getting a bit tired. Needs a makeover - new cabinetry, updated bathroom area.

The location of this hotel is excellent, it's off the highway so it's nice and quiet, but within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. (SPITZ - YUM!) I felt very safe at this hotel, with key cards required to get into the buildings

The bed was comfortable enough but, bouncy enough that my husband chose to sleep on the sofa so that he wouldn't disturb me with his tossing & turning. The bathroom seemed clean enough and the shower was decent.
The room was ok, a bit noisy due to some loud people in the halls and the people above us walking around very heavily footed. I was surprised it wasn't cleaner. I never like it when I see a big build-up of dust and dirt at the edges of the carpet and around baseboards. The refrigerator was a bit louder than we would have liked, but leaving the fan running constantly helped to drown out some of that noise along with the rest of the noise from people in the halls etc. I wish hotels had bigger towels. I am sure there is some reason related to expenses that most don't, but I have stayed in Best Westerns that have better towels.

Great location and friendly staff. If you want a room with an oven just ask and they accommodate you.
