The shower head in room 311 was terrible. Needs to be changed.

Location was good.
Front desk staff uncaring. We had been flying for 18 hours. Arrived five hours before check in. Asked for early check in and was told by two front desk staff that we were in a wait list. Sat inobby of clear sight of staff. Room was ready but never told. Sat for 4.85 hours only going up to desk when seeing others who came in after us get their rooms. Would never return.

The location was perfect for us! I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. The rooms were easily accessible, and we were conveniently located on the same floor as an ice machine, which came in handy.
We enjoy staying at Marriott properties because the customer service is typically outstanding. At this location, the front desk staff was friendly, but their interactions didn’t feel entirely genuine. Unlike other Marriott hotels where staff members consistently greet guests throughout the property, we didn’t experience that same level of engagement here. The waiter at the restaurant was polite, but didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming. Additionally, the elevator and its buttons had noticeable smudge marks, which gave the impression that it wasn’t very clean.

All night long terrible noise in our room. Even the bed was constantly shaking.
