Cons -
- Hotel cancelled a prepaid reservation and requested that I pay for the rooms that I had already paid for again. When pressed they gave me one ?free? night even though I had paid for 3. Staff was not knowledgeable and were difficult to work with.
- The bottom of the pool and hot tub are brown and gross. They really both need a cleaning.
- The hotel charges a $100 deposit for issues. In reality they want your credit card number. They charge the $100 and then give it right back. This was the first time I have been charged a deposit to simply get an active credit card number.
