- The breakfast was good and the person working in the breakfast area was kind and on top of things, bed was comfortable
- It was close to where I was going.
- Room was comfortable and clean
Cons -
- Check in/out staff were unkind and disrespectful, bathroom wasn't cleaned well (mildew & hairs in shower, sticky floor), toilet ran nonstop, sink drain was clogged/had a foul odor when it did drain, door lock was broken - worst HI we've ever stayed at
- I payed for a king bed and they put me in two queen room right next to the outside door and ice Machine
- Pet fee I was unaware of when I booked. I got my bill on line no pet fee. Check in charged a $50 non refundable pet fee. We reserved a king bed, pets not allowed in king rooms, they did wave that. Won't be staying at one of these hotels again.
