- Location, friendliness of staff.
- The rooms are quite nice, though not as nice as Marriott's own Mountainside property, just a few minutes up the road. Parking is free, though it can be quite full on weekends, with a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on-site.

- Not particularly, though an in-room door stop and on-site filtered water would be nice touches, the former to aide in pushing carts in/out of the room and the latter to fill water bottles for hiking and mountain biking.
