Hot tub was nice enough, fireplaces were nice.
Laughably overpriced-- this is a Marriott hotel, and it is not luxurious. The insincere staff seemed constantly confused and couldn't answer simple questions like "where is a convenience store or market," and refused to refund us for a night because I fell ill and had to leave a day early in order to avoid the huge winter storm and risk being snowed in while sick. They rudely repeated "you committed to this," and acted exactly like the garbage people I'd expect to be working at a faux high-end Marriott. They claim to be ski in/ski out, which is a lie. We had to take a shuttle to any lift we wanted to use, and often waited 30+ minutes more than quoted. The shower and bathtub leaked, everything in the cottage was outdated, and of course, the bed was deeply uncomfortable. Absolute trash breakfast at the RUTH'S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE attached to the hotel. That detail alone was a huge red flag when we arrived. Overall, 5k for 3 nights of crap service and amenities.
