Pros +
- Air conditioner didn¿t work. The staff at the restaurant were snobby. Shocked at the service for how much you pay.
- I enjoyed the extras like the evening s¿mores, hot chocolate and cider.
- Room service gave estimated time and met them
Cons -
- Need to fix the AC and put screens on all the doors..
- Towels were very scratchy, shower curtain was falling off rod, staff was not very helpful. Overall, I did notice think it was worth the money.
- having to take the funicular up to the hotel and waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for my luggage to be delivered. I understand COVID and new rules, but it ruined my night without a change of clothes and swim suit to enjoy the pool.
