Pros +
- The pool was nice and warm.
- Layout of room was fun, kitchen was perfectly clean and well sized and equipped.
- Where it was located. The valet service was very prompt and friendly. The lady at check in was helpful. When we called for maintenance to fix the TV the gentleman arrived quickly and was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- It took about 5 minutes to get hot water to our room on the 3rd floor. We called the front desk and they said that's normal and we needed to run the tub, shower and both sinks to help bring hot water up from the boiler and that still took 3 minutes.
- No AC, construction right outside that made it difficult to open window for air flow. Railing up to bedroom was extremely loose, and the dust in all the windowsills made it apparent they had never ever been dusted. Surprised we were charged full price
- The microwave, coffee maker and tv were not working properly. The hotel felt run down. The lady at checkout seemed annoyed to need to speak with us. Very unfriendly.

The pool was nice and warm.
It took about 5 minutes to get hot water to our room on the 3rd floor. We called the front desk and they said that's normal and we needed to run the tub, shower and both sinks to help bring hot water up from the boiler and that still took 3 minutes.

Hotel was nice, rooms were comfortable. Easy shuttle service to Park City Main Street area.
Everything around hotel is under construction. No restaurant on property or close.
