- The charm of the old place and a wonderful host! Great price!
- Very clean! Helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend Bryce Canyon motel the mix of cleanliness, warm welcoming staff and retro decor is a winner. Expect clean, original, older accommodations at a very fair price. The couple who run the place 
- The layout was unique with two bedrooms and a pass-through bathroom; my girls liked it. The refrigerator was clean and very handy. Although the beds were very noisy, we slept well. The covered entryway was cute.
Cons -
- Blinds need replaced., could use paint. Overall great place! We stay at Marriotts and I¿d pick this retro, homey roadside independent motel with great staff any day.
- There are some concerning structural issues. The ceiling is sagging and cracking, and the walls are bowing and cracking. Shower was NOT clean! Dust and dirt on ceiling, ceiling fan, walls, doors, and baseboards. Management feels this is fine/room is clean
- Property could use some paint like most places, but far above standard for the price.
