- Staff was rude or didnt know what they were doing. Ended up sleeping in our car the first night
- The set up was different. It advertised that it had a pool but was closed when we arrived. Had to wait 3-5 minutes for a front desk clerk to show up to check us in. The breakfast area was small and cramped. The hallways were very dimly lit.
- It was ok, but I did not realize that the vast majority of guests have pets.
