The location
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons -

Ran out of coffee. Breakfast was a very sweet bun. Orange juice in a jug. That was breakfast.
The guy at the desk wanted to charge me cash $10 for an early check in. No! The dirtiest room I've ever seen. EVER!!!
There were several people that were living at the hotel. One of the residents said that another resident regularly was yelling racial slurs in the middle of the night and disturbing the residents. We heard a yell in the middle of the night but just one.
