Cleaning crew using same elevator as the guests. Very annoying and inconvenient especially when they have these stupid huge carts inside the elevator and no room for other guests. They should and must stop using guest elevator for these kind of things.

Doesn¿t happen very often. But I found the outstanding employee in Wharton Texas. The clerk said no breakfast in the morning because of thanksgiving except for a sack of breakfast type food. I went downstairs to ge the breakfast sacks. The lady

Had a full Hot breakfast buffet waiting for us, the lady said there was no way she was going to just make breakfast sacks for us. She said she was thankful and just wanted to pass thankfulness along.

A satisfying experience. Solid breakfast buffet everyday, with no unexpected reductions in what was offered. Well informed and friendly staff. The pool!

The Air Conditioner in the room had trouble ,But the staff worked through it well

Cleanliness.Felt safe in spite of covid. First trip. The very best was server at breakfast so other guests didn't have access to food and she was so friendly. Someone doing maintenance offered to help my husband who has trouble walking. Great experience.

I didn¿t like that my room was next to the exit door and under the stairs. Wasn¿t able to sleep well due to the door slamming and running up and down on the stairs all times of the night.

Because of COVID, I warm breakfast. They provided a bag with a few things, but felt fluke the price should be lowered for the night because not all amenities were available.

Front desk person at night time was absent. No one there to help at night time. Door for the pool was open all night.

My room was booked an paid for 6 weeks in advanced as a suite. Upon arrival I was placed in a regular room. Was told no suites available with air conditioners that work. Same price quoted for this room as suite was ???

Hotel was nice and clean

Room had an overwhelming smell of mothballs and the elevator broke during the stay. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room

Room was noisy. Located by the back door and workout area.

Hotel was overpriced. The bathroom door didn't close it was warped. I'll never pay that amount for what I got.
